1000-Year-Old Polyrhythm Work

A drummer new in Atlanta from the DC area showed me this 1000-Year-Old Polyrhythm he had been working on that he learned from Don Swanson. So I’ve started the journey on figuring this out and developing freedom to play overtop of the foot ostinato, which is the glue that holds this all together. Enjoy!
